Smart Pulser Driver

Configurable Firmware

Firmware settings are user configurable for optimal compatibility with any pulser mechanical section. Maximize every pulse cycle, increase steps for more aggressive action, or reduce steps to back-off and reduce power consumption.

8 MB Performance Memory

Stores pulser performance metrics and operating statistics for hundreds of circulating hours.

J-LPD Software

Interface with the pulser driver, access and download the logs, and perform diagnostics and function tests — with or without a mechanical assembly attached.

Lifetime Statistics

Total circulating hours and other statistics accumulate and save automatically anytime the module is energized, logged periodically or from a particular trigger.

High-Speed CAN Bus

Connect directly to the driver and read the memory using the high-speed CAN Bus interface. Monitor diagnostic information and pulser status updates.

Pairs with SMART DM

Used with a SMART DM, both modules share detailed information that alerts operators to potential anomalies to check on the module.
